Do patients need an account?
No. Patients open a secure link to complete a document or provide a requested file. The patient portal also uses a secure link, with no separate account to create.
Can I use my existing forms?
Use the wording from your existing forms to build a reusable template in the document editor. Add questions and signature fields, then send it to your patients.
Can more than one person sign?
Yes. Plans with multi-party signing let you assign different participants to a document and follow their progress. See the plan details for signer limits.
What happens when a document is complete?
Your team can download the completed PDF and review its signing-event history.
